Booking and cancellation conditions for the flexible offer :

Cancellation of your stay is free of charge up to 5:00 p.m. one day before arrival. After that, the entire stay, including all reserved options, will be charged as compensation.

At the time of booking, a credit card number with expiry date and cryptogram will be requested to guarantee the stay.

Payment for your stay will be made on arrival at check-in.

On the day of your departure, when you are given the keys to your room, you will pay for any extras consumed on site.

This reservation is non-cancellable and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or no show, the 100% deposit will be retained as a penalty.

Full payment at time of booking. You will receive an active link until midnight on the day of booking. Without validation of this link, the payment is not effective and the reservation is not confirmed.
